René E. Ortiz González
Founder and Director
René E. Ortiz González, our esteemed leader and managing partner at Process Improvement Academy, LLC, is a highly accomplished professional in process improvement. With over three decades of consulting experience spanning fifteen countries, René's track record includes spearheading over 75 successful continuous improvement projects. His expertise has positively impacted over 100 companies through consultation and more than 1,000 impactful training courses, elevating the skills of over 30,000 business associates. René's influence extends beyond his role in business consultation, as he also holds esteemed positions as an Associate Professor at prestigious institutions such as the School of Business at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador, the International Center for Professional Development at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (CIAP-UCAB) in Venezuela, and the MiPymes Center of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. Specializing in Lean Six Sigma, Customer Experience Management, Operational Excellence (OpEx), Strategy Maps & Balanced ScoreCard, Change Management, and Problem-Solving Processes. Félix Puime Guillén
Associate Business Consultant
Felix is a highly competent and experienced professional, holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Santiago and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Vigo. With 30 years of experience, he has served as the Financial Director in Spanish companies across various sectors, including human resources, canned goods, frozen seafood, and renewable energy installations. Felix has been instrumental in the internationalization efforts of numerous companies in Africa and South America. Additionally, he has an extensive academic background, serving as an Associate Professor and Doctor at the University of Vigo for 20 years. Currently, he is a Doctoral Professor at EF Business School, teaching in postgraduate programs focused on accounting and finance. Felix also imparts his knowledge as a Professor at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogotá, ISCAP in Oporto (Portugal), and as a Doctoral Professor in the Master's program in Finance at the University of Vigo. Furthermore, he holds the position of Associate Doctor in the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of A Coruña.
